The scoreboard, and what is not on it. The hard targets, how often each is actually
looked at, and the quiet signals that never reach a dashboard.
Task Completion Rate
How many of your assigned tasks (e.g., comms drafts, meeting notes, data entry) are completed on time.
Target · >95% on-time completion If you're given 10 tasks in a week, we'd expect at least 9 or 10 of them to be done by their deadline. Missing a deadline for a survey launch, for instance, can delay feedback by a week.
Data Accuracy & Consistency
The correctness and uniformity of data you're tracking or inputting (e.g., stakeholder lists, survey responses, training attendance).
Target · <2% error rate in data entry/analysis You're updating a stakeholder list, and out of 100 entries, you've got 3 incorrect email addresses. That's a 3% error rate, which we'd want to see improve. We need reliable data to make decisions.
Communication Material Quality
The clarity, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines for any communication drafts you prepare.
Target · Avg. 4/5 score from Senior Practitioner review (for clarity, tone, accuracy) You draft an email about a new system. If it's clear, free of typos, and uses our company's tone of voice, that's a 4 or 5. If it's confusing or needs heavy editing, that's a 2 or 3, and we'll talk about how to improve.
Workshop/Meeting Support Effectiveness
How well you prepare materials (slides, Miro boards) and capture notes/action items for workshops and meetings.
Target · 80% of action items captured accurately; materials ready 24 hours in advance You help set up a Miro board for a workshop. If it's clearly laid out and ready the day before, and you capture 8 out of 10 key actions correctly, you're hitting the target. This really helps the facilitator.
Proactive Learning & Application
How quickly you pick up new tools, processes, and change management concepts, and then start applying them without constant prompting.
- You're asking thoughtful 'why' questions, suggesting minor improvements to processes, and demonstrating competence in new software after initial training. You're not making the same mistake twice on routine tasks.
Team Collaboration & Responsiveness
Your ability to work effectively with your immediate team, respond to requests, and offer help when you have capacity.
- You're quick to respond to messages, you offer to help a colleague if your plate is clear, and you're good at flagging when you're overwhelmed or need help yourself. You're seen as a helpful and approachable team member.
Receptiveness to Feedback
How well you take on board constructive criticism and show improvement in subsequent tasks.
- When your Senior Practitioner gives you feedback on a comms draft, you update it quickly and show you've understood the points. You don't get defensive
- you see it as a chance to get better.
Organisational Awareness
Developing a basic understanding of our company's structure, key departments, and how different teams operate.
- You start to recognise key names in different departments, understand who needs to be involved in certain decisions, and can explain (simply) how a change in one area might affect another. You're building your internal network.
