- Driving client-side transformation, developing thought leadership, managing complex client relationships at the C-suite level, commercial deal-making, building consulting practices.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully advised multiple Fortune 500 clients on BPO strategy and operational excellence.
- Developed and sold large-scale consulting engagements (£1M+).
- Recognised as an industry expert, with publications or speaking engagements.
- Proven ability to manage diverse project teams and client expectations.
