4-6 years in a similar senior operational roleSkills to master
- Broadening your operational expertise beyond just service levels to encompass wider aspects of BPO delivery, including workforce management, quality assurance, and overall operational efficiency. You'll need to demonstrate a holistic view of the service lifecycle.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to manage large operational budgets and drive significant cost efficiencies.
- Successful track record of leading large operational teams and managing complex service delivery challenges.
- Demonstrable experience in implementing large-scale process improvements and automation initiatives.

5-7 years at a senior level in BPO consultingSkills to master
