5-7 years in a similar leadership role at a smaller or mid-sized BPO provider.Skills to master
- Experience managing a full P&L, leading multi-functional teams, and driving client relationships. Adaptability to our specific organisational culture and scale.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully scaled operations or launched new services in previous roles.
- Strong references from former C-suite or Board members.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex client and internal stakeholder environments.
- Clear vision for how to contribute strategically to a larger organisation.

From Management Consultant (specialising in Operations/BPO)
8-10 years in a top-tier management consultancy, with significant project leadership experience in BPO strategy or operational transformation.Skills to master
- Translating strategic recommendations into executable operational plans, managing large-scale change programmes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and client relationship management.
You're ready to move on when
- Led multiple successful BPO transformation projects for large clients.
- Proven ability to build and lead internal teams, not just advise.
- Strong understanding of the operational realities and challenges of running a BPO business.
- A desire to move from advising to directly owning and executing.
