- Hands-on technical skills (MEP), understanding equipment functionality, troubleshooting, safety protocols, basic work order documentation.

- Excellent understanding of building systems from a practical perspective.
- Interest in the administrative and coordination aspects of facilities.
- Good communication skills, capable of explaining technical issues clearly.
