You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led multiple complex innovation programs, delivering tangible business outcomes.
- Consistently mentored junior colleagues and demonstrated informal leadership qualities.
- Developed a clear, compelling vision for the future of innovation within a specific business area.

From Innovation Manager/Director (External Hire)
Direct entry, assuming relevant experienceSkills to master
- Adapting your innovation leadership style to our specific culture, understanding our unique market dynamics, and quickly building credibility with our executive team. You'll need to hit the ground running, but we'll support you.
You're ready to move on when
- A proven track record of leading innovation functions in similar-sized or larger organisations.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ people, including other managers.
- Demonstrable experience with P&L responsibility for innovation initiatives.
- Strong external network and reputation in the innovation space.

From Head of Product/Strategy (Internal or External)
5-8 years in a senior product or strategy roleSkills to master
