The SFJ Awards Level 3 Certificate in Management Skills aims to provide knowledge and skills necessary for undertaking management roles such as section manager, first line manager, assistant manager, trainee manager, or senior supervisor.

These are the units SFJ Awards registers against this qualification. It is a catalogue, not a syllabus.
