- Demonstrates a proactive attitude towards learning new standards and processes.
- Receives positive feedback from Senior Auditors on support provided during audits.

Internal Auditor or Compliance Analyst from another organisation
2-4 years in prior roleSkills to master
- Adapting to Zavmo's specific audit methodology and tools, quickly learning our operational processes, and understanding our unique regulatory landscape.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of independently conducting audits or compliance reviews.
- Strong understanding of a specific management system (e.g., ISO 9001) or regulatory framework.
- Can demonstrate experience in drafting audit reports and managing corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Quality Technician or Health & Safety Advisor with audit responsibilities
3-5 years in prior roleSkills to master
- Transitioning from an operational H&S/Quality role to a purely assurance/audit function, developing a broader understanding of various standards, and honing independent audit execution skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Has regularly conducted internal audits as part of their previous role.
- Deep subject matter expertise in either Quality or H&S, with a desire to broaden.
- Demonstrates a methodical approach to problem-solving and evidence collection.
- Can articulate how operational non-conformances impact wider compliance.
