4-6 years in a Quality or EHS role with significant audit responsibilitiesSkills to master
- In-depth knowledge of specific quality or EHS regulations/standards, practical experience in implementing and maintaining management systems, and conducting supplier or vendor audits.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managing and improving a specific aspect of a QMS or EMS.
- Leading and completing supplier audits independently with positive outcomes.
- Obtaining relevant Lead Auditor certifications.
- Demonstrating an ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.

2-3 years as a Junior or Mid-Level External Audit SpecialistSkills to master
- Mastering audit methodologies, evidence gathering techniques, workpaper documentation, and effectively supporting senior auditors on complex engagements.

- Consistently receiving excellent feedback on workpaper quality and evidence collection.
- Independently managing routine audit tasks and smaller audit segments.
