From Senior Account Executive (L3/L4 in new business)
12-16 years total experience (with 5-8 years in senior new business)Skills to master
- Adapting a new business hunting mentality to a growth and retention focus. Developing strong coaching skills for recurring revenue models and understanding the nuances of post-sale client relationships.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals.
- Strong focus on value-based selling and long-term client partnerships, not just transactional wins.
- Interest in developing and retaining existing accounts, rather than solely acquiring new ones.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior AEs or contribute to team strategy.
