- Safe and efficient operation of various MHE (Material Handling Equipment), understanding warehouse layout and storage optimisation, and excellent spatial awareness.

- Zero safety incidents or near-misses over an extended period.
- Efficiently moving and stacking goods without damage.
- Helping to train new drivers or providing guidance on best practices.
- Taking initiative to keep equipment well-maintained and reporting faults promptly.
