- Proactively identifies and proposes solutions for pipeline inefficiencies.
- Has started providing informal guidance to new team members.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of our core CI/CD tooling.

Experienced Software Developer with DevOps Focus
5-7 years as a developer, with 2-3 years focused on CI/CDSkills to master
- Deep understanding of application development lifecycle, strong scripting skills, experience with deployment automation, and a keen interest in infrastructure.
You're ready to move on when
- Has built and maintained CI/CD pipelines for their own projects or team.
- Comfortable with containerisation and cloud deployment patterns.
- Demonstrates a passion for automation and improving developer experience.
- Can articulate the challenges and solutions in software delivery.
