- Successfully mentoring and developing junior technicians.
- Effectively communicating technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Maintenance Manager (from a non-robotics specialism)
5-7 years in a similar managerial roleSkills to master
- Deepening knowledge of robotics and automation specific to our operations, understanding our particular tech stack and safety protocols, and adapting leadership style to a highly specialised technical team.

- A proven track record of managing a technical maintenance team and budget effectively.
- Strong foundational knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or control systems engineering.
- Demonstrable ability to quickly learn and adapt to new complex technologies.
- Excellent people management and strategic planning skills.

Robotics Engineer (from an R&D or Project role)
4-6 years in an engineering roleSkills to master
- Shifting from design/project work to operational maintenance, understanding the urgency of production support, developing strong troubleshooting and reliability engineering skills, and building people management capabilities.
