Apprenticeship Completion
Direct entry upon completion of a Level 3 or 4 Engineering Apprenticeship (typically 3-4 years)Skills to master

You're ready to move on when
- Consistently achieving high marks in practical assessments during your apprenticeship.
- Positive feedback from mentors and supervisors on your problem-solving and safety behaviour.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine tasks.

Manufacturing Operator Upskill
1-3 years as a skilled operator with a keen interest in maintenance, plus relevant internal training or college courses.Skills to master
- Deep understanding of production processes, basic machine operation, identifying potential faults, strong safety awareness, willingness to learn technical skills.
You're ready to move on when
- Proactively reporting machine issues with good detail, not just 'it's broken'.
- Taking initiative to learn basic machine adjustments or minor fixes.
- Completing any internal technical training programmes with enthusiasm and good results.

College Leaver (Technical Course)
Direct entry upon completion of a relevant BTEC, NVQ, or City & Guilds Level 3 or 4 course (e.g., Electrical/Mechanical Engineering).Skills to master
- Theoretical understanding of electrical/mechanical principles, basic workshop skills, ability to read technical drawings, foundational problem-solving.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong academic performance in practical and technical modules.
- Positive references from college tutors highlighting your practical aptitude.
- Demonstrated passion for engineering or robotics through personal projects or extracurriculars.
