- First-line troubleshooting, excellent customer service, understanding common IT systems, basic network knowledge, and a knack for problem-solving.

- Can resolve a high percentage of login and access issues at the first touch.
- Shows a keen interest in security and identity, often taking on related tickets.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills with frustrated users.
