- Enterprise architecture design and governance, strategic vendor management, deep expertise in cloud platforms and DevOps, leading complex technical projects across multiple teams, managing significant operational budgets.

- Owned the architecture for a critical business domain or platform.
- Successfully designed and implemented highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Influenced technical direction across multiple engineering teams and business units.
- Proven ability to manage technical risk and ensure compliance at scale.

3-7 years at this levelSkills to master
- Full IT P&L ownership, managing business applications and enterprise systems, leading IT operations and support, stakeholder management across all business functions, strategic planning for overall IT landscape.

- Successfully managed a full IT department, encompassing infrastructure, applications, and support.
- Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with overall business objectives.
- Proven track record of digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience reporting directly to a CEO and managing a Board relationship.
