- Successfully completed all rotations within the scheme, with positive feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to manage small projects or work packages.
- Strong grasp of our company's sustainability strategy and reporting requirements.

Sustainability Internship / Placement
6-12 months prior to full-time roleSkills to master
- Data entry, research, basic reporting, understanding of corporate environment.
You're ready to move on when
- Received excellent feedback from your internship supervisor.
- Contributed meaningfully to real-world sustainability projects.
- Showed initiative in learning and taking on new responsibilities.

Data Entry / Research Assistant (Related Field)
1-2 years in a data-heavy roleSkills to master
- Meticulous data handling, proficiency in Excel, attention to detail, ability to follow complex instructions.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven track record of high accuracy in data management.
- Experience with large datasets and data cleaning challenges.
- Demonstrated a strong personal interest in sustainability through personal projects or coursework.
