5-8 years in a similar analytical or project-focused sustainability role.Skills to master
- Deepening expertise in waste-specific regulations and technologies, translating broad sustainability goals into tangible waste actions, and navigating complex operational environments.

- A portfolio of successful sustainability projects with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Experience working directly with operational teams to implement environmental initiatives.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, particularly with environmental metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.

5-8 years in environmental consulting, with a focus on waste management or resource efficiency.Skills to master
- Adapting consulting frameworks to an in-house corporate environment, building long-term internal relationships, and gaining a deep understanding of our specific business operations and constraints.

- Experience managing client projects from proposal to delivery, including budget and timeline.
- Strong technical knowledge in waste auditing, regulatory compliance, and waste reduction strategies.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- A desire to move from project-based external work to driving sustained internal change.
