4-7 yearsSkills to master
- Proven success in a similar high-volume, international outbound sales role, with a focus on generating qualified pipeline. Strong understanding of multi-channel prospecting and advanced sales tools. Experience mentoring junior BDRs/SDRs.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrable over-performance against targets in previous BDR/SDR roles.
- Ability to articulate complex sales processes and methodologies.
- Clear examples of successful international prospecting campaigns.
- References that highlight leadership potential and strong work ethic.
