6-8 years as a Senior Research Scientist, with accelerated developmentSkills to master
- This path requires exceptional leadership potential, a strong track record of innovation, and a proactive approach to taking on managerial responsibilities. You'd need to quickly develop strategic portfolio management, financial oversight, and advanced people leadership skills.

- Led cross-functional project teams with demonstrable impact and successful outcomes.
- Actively sought out and completed leadership training and mentorship opportunities.
