5-7 yearsSkills to master
- Deep hands-on experience with field devices, wiring, commissioning, and troubleshooting at the hardware level, coupled with a growing understanding of control logic and network protocols.

- Successfully commissioning complex mechanical systems from scratch.
- Diagnosing and repairing intricate wiring and communication faults.
- Providing technical guidance to less experienced technicians.
