- Proactively identifying and reporting minor operational issues.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of core lab safety and compliance procedures.

Lab Technician / Research Assistant
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Hands-on experience with specific lab techniques and equipment, understanding experimental workflows, meticulous record-keeping, and basic troubleshooting.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully running experiments or assays according to protocols.
- Proficiently operating and maintaining several key pieces of lab equipment.
- Demonstrating an understanding of the impact of operational issues on research outcomes.
- Showing an interest in improving lab efficiency beyond just your own experiments.

Science Graduate (with relevant placement/internship)
2-3 years (post-graduation)Skills to master
- Translating academic knowledge into practical lab operations, understanding industrial R&D processes, and quickly learning our specific systems and SOPs.
You're ready to move on when
- Strong academic record in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Demonstrable practical experience from university labs or industry placements.
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
- An eagerness to learn and contribute to an operational, rather than purely experimental, role.
