- Consistently met quality metrics for your assigned products/processes.
- Received positive feedback from cross-functional peers on your collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying and proposing solutions to quality issues, not just reacting.

Manufacturing Engineer with Quality Focus
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, experience with process optimisation, familiarity with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC) from a production perspective, and a strong drive for defect prevention.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully implemented process improvements that reduced defects or scrap.
- Actively participated in NPI quality gates and design reviews.
- Demonstrated a proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality risks on the production floor.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills applied to real-world production challenges.

- Expertise in managing supplier quality, conducting supplier audits, driving SCARs to closure, and developing strong supplier relationships to improve incoming material quality.
