- Consistently delivered measurable reductions in supply chain risk or environmental impact for a specific category.
- Received strong feedback on your ability to influence Category Managers and other internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability in mentoring and guiding junior team members, even without formal reports.

Senior Category Manager (with ESG Focus)
4-6 years in Category Management, plus 2-3 years with a strong ESG focusSkills to master
- Strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of a specific category's supply chain, proven ability to integrate ESG criteria into sourcing decisions, and experience managing supplier relationships for both commercial and sustainability outcomes.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led strategic sourcing events where ESG criteria were a significant weighting factor.
- Achieved both cost savings and sustainability improvements within your managed categories.
- Demonstrated strong supplier relationship management, driving ethical and sustainable improvements with key partners.
- Exhibited an understanding of broader sustainable procurement frameworks beyond your specific category.

ESG/Sustainability Consultant (with Procurement Specialisation)
5-8 years in consulting, with 2-3 years focused on supply chain ESGSkills to master
- Broad exposure to different industry supply chains, strong client management and presentation skills, ability to quickly diagnose and propose solutions for ESG challenges, and experience leading project teams.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led multiple client engagements focused on sustainable supply chain strategy or implementation.
- Developed and presented actionable recommendations to senior client leadership on ESG risks and opportunities.
