You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led 3+ multi-market PR campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Consistently achieved Tier 1 media placements and strong message pull-through.
- Informally mentored junior team members and demonstrated leadership potential.
- Managed significant project budgets (e.g., £50K-£100K) effectively.
- Developed and maintained strong relationships with key journalists and internal stakeholders.

Typically 3-5 years as an Account Director at a reputable PR agency.Skills to master
- Adapting to an in-house environment (which is different from agency life!), building internal stakeholder relationships, and managing a team within a corporate structure. Deepening understanding of a single company's products and culture, rather than multiple clients.

- Managed a portfolio of clients, including budget and team oversight.
- Developed and executed integrated PR strategies for major brands.
- Proven ability to advise senior client stakeholders on communications strategy.
- Demonstrated strong media relations and crisis management experience across various industries (or deep in one relevant one).

Around 2-4 years as a Communications Manager in a smaller organisation.Skills to master
