- Developed and mentored at least 2-3 direct reports into more senior roles.
- Demonstrated strong leadership during a significant operational challenge or crisis.

- Quickly understanding our specific WMS, ERP, and operational processes, adapting to our company culture, and building credibility with new teams and stakeholders.
You're ready to move on when
- A proven track record of P&L ownership and operational excellence in a comparable industry or scale of distribution centre.
- Strong references from previous roles highlighting leadership, strategic thinking, and team development.
- Ability to articulate clear vision and strategy for a new site within the first 90 days.

Supply Chain/Logistics Manager (from a different function)
5-8 years in a broader supply chain role (e.g., Head of Logistics, Supply Chain Planning Manager) after initial warehousing experience.Skills to master
