Logistics Coordinator / Inventory Controller
2-3 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, supplier communication, and data accuracy for stock levels. This gives you a great foundation in material flow.
You're ready to move on when
- Demonstrable experience managing stock levels and optimising warehouse space.
- Proven ability to track and expedite inbound deliveries.
- Strong understanding of inventory accuracy metrics and cycle counting.
- Effective communication with suppliers and logistics partners.

Production Assistant / Shop Floor Supervisor
2-4 yearsSkills to master
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, machine capabilities, labour management, quality control on the line, and problem-solving in a real-time production environment. You'll know what's actually achievable.

- Proven ability to manage a production team and hit daily output targets.
- Deep knowledge of machine capabilities and common production issues.
