- Successfully managed 5+ packaging component lifecycles without major issues.
- Consistently delivered small projects on time and within budget.
- Proactively identified and resolved routine supplier quality issues.
- Received positive feedback on technical accuracy and reliability.

Junior Packaging Engineer / Project Engineer
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Gaining hands-on experience in packaging design, material selection, and testing. Learning to manage project timelines and deliverables, often under the guidance of a senior engineer. Developing your technical troubleshooting skills on the factory floor.
You're ready to move on when
- Contributed significantly to 3+ NPI packaging launches.
- Demonstrated ability to create accurate packaging specifications and test protocols.
- Successfully troubleshot and resolved at least 2-3 significant packaging line issues.
- Received positive feedback on technical aptitude and initiative.

Quality Engineer (with Packaging Focus)
5-7 yearsSkills to master
- Deepening your understanding of quality management systems (QMS) as they apply to packaging. Leading investigations into packaging-related quality issues, implementing CAPAs, and working closely with suppliers on quality improvements. This path gives you a strong compliance grounding.
You're ready to move on when
- Led 5+ CAPA investigations related to packaging defects.
- Successfully managed supplier quality improvement plans for packaging materials.
- Developed and implemented new packaging quality control procedures.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills in identifying quality trends.
