- Proven experience leading large-scale packaging projects, managing project budgets, and coordinating multiple workstreams. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

- Managed projects with budgets exceeding £100K.
- Led a team of 3+ technical specialists, even if not direct reports.
- Successfully brought new packaging materials or technologies to market.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex packaging line issues and implement lasting solutions.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting to senior management.

- Deep understanding of packaging line mechanics, automation, and OEE optimisation. Experience with Lean/Six Sigma on production lines. Strong focus on process efficiency and quality control.
