- Received positive feedback on your ability to identify and propose solutions to quality issues.
- Demonstrated initiative in learning new quality methodologies and tools.

Process Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, process optimisation techniques, and a keen eye for efficiency and waste reduction. You'd need to pick up the formal quality methodologies quickly.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully optimised several manufacturing processes, demonstrating measurable improvements in efficiency or output.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in process data analysis.
- A clear interest and some self-study in quality management systems and statistical process control.
- Experience working closely with quality teams on production issues.

Supplier Quality Engineer
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Managing quality from external suppliers, conducting supplier audits, and dealing with incoming material non-conformances. You'd need to broaden your focus to internal manufacturing quality.
