2-3 years as a Production SupervisorSkills to master
- Leading a full shift, managing multiple lines/cells, initiating and leading small-scale improvement projects, effective performance management for operators.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently hitting OEE and FPY targets for your assigned line/shift.
- Successfully leading at least two continuous improvement projects with measurable results.
- Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, especially for recurring issues.
- Positive feedback from your team and peers on your leadership and collaboration.

From Manufacturing Engineer
4-6 years as a Manufacturing EngineerSkills to master
- People management and motivation, daily operational decision-making under pressure, understanding labour allocation, shift management dynamics.
You're ready to move on when
- A strong desire to move from technical design/optimisation to direct people leadership and daily operational accountability.
- Proven ability to translate engineering solutions into practical, implementable processes on the shop floor.
- Experience collaborating closely with production teams on new product introductions or process changes.

From External Senior Supervisor / Shift Manager
5-8 years in a similar manufacturing environment, with 2-3 years in a senior supervisory role.Skills to master
- Adapting to our specific products and processes, learning our ERP/MES systems, building credibility with a new team, understanding our company culture.
You're ready to move on when
- A clear track record of managing entire shifts or significant production areas in previous roles.
- Demonstrable experience in Lean/Six Sigma implementation and driving operational KPIs.
- Strong references from previous employers highlighting leadership and problem-solving abilities.
