4-7 yearsSkills to master
- Detailed job planning, scheduling optimisation, MRO inventory knowledge, CMMS planning modules, cross-functional coordination.
You're ready to move on when
- Consistently builds accurate and efficient maintenance schedules.
- Effectively coordinates resources (people, parts, equipment) for planned work.
- Has a strong grasp of our CMMS planning functionalities.
- Communicates well with Production and Stores to minimise disruption.
- Understands the financial impact of maintenance scheduling decisions.

Junior Reliability Engineer
3-6 yearsSkills to master
- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), RCM principles, data analysis for reliability, predictive maintenance techniques, project management basics.
You're ready to move on when
- Has actively participated in or led several Root Cause Analysis investigations.
- Demonstrates an understanding of asset lifecycle and total cost of ownership.
- Is comfortable analysing maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proposes proactive solutions rather than just reactive fixes.
- Shows an interest in applying new technologies (e.g., PdM) to improve reliability.
