- Proactively identifying and resolving most routine shipment issues without escalation.
- Volunteering for more complex or challenging assignments.
- Showing initiative in documenting processes or suggesting minor improvements.

Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Coordinator (External)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Experience managing teams, optimising warehouse processes, and coordinating inbound/outbound logistics. You'll need to translate that operational leadership into a broader logistics context.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- Demonstrable experience in improving warehouse efficiency or inventory accuracy.
- Strong understanding of the physical flow of goods and associated documentation.
- Experience with WMS systems and basic data analysis.

Freight Forwarder / Customs Agent (External)
4-6 yearsSkills to master
- Deep expertise in international trade, customs regulations, and carrier networks. You'll need to adapt that external client-facing experience to our internal operational needs.

- Extensive knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international freight modes.
- Experience in negotiating with carriers and managing freight bookings.
- Proven ability to resolve complex customs or shipping issues.
- Strong communication skills with external partners and clients.
