Work Order Velocity (P1/P2 Incidents)
The average time from a critical (P1) or high-priority (P2) work order being raised to it being fully resolved.
Target · P1: < 2 hours; P2: < 8 hoursA burst pipe (P1) should be fixed and the area made safe within two hours. You'll review the CMMS data to see if your cluster is hitting these swift response times, identifying any bottlenecks.
OpEx Budget Adherence (Workstream Specific)
Managing the operational expenditure for your specific building services workstreams (e.g., HVAC maintenance, electrical repairs) within the allocated budget.
