- Consistently received feedback on strong leadership potential and ability to influence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage programme budgets and resources effectively.
- Proactively identified and solved systemic quality issues across multiple departments.

Senior Quality Manager from another large manufacturing/operations company
Direct entry, assuming equivalent experienceSkills to master
- Managing a regional or multi-site quality function, leading a team of quality professionals, and navigating complex regulatory environments. You'd bring external best practices.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed a team of 5+ quality professionals for at least 3 years.
- Successfully led ISO certification efforts for multiple sites.
- Proven track record of driving significant COPQ reductions and process improvements in a similar industry.
- Strong references from previous senior operational or quality leaders.

4-6 years in Operations Management + additional quality trainingSkills to master
- Deep operational understanding, P&L management, and a strong track record of embedding quality principles into production. Would need to bolster formal quality methodologies (e.g., Black Belt).

- Managed a significant operational department with direct P&L responsibility.
- Led operational improvements that directly reduced defects or improved compliance.
- Completed a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (if not already held).
- Demonstrated passion for quality and a desire to specialise in this function.
