Skilled Production Operator / Team Leader
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of specific machine operations, basic maintenance tasks, informal team leadership, problem identification, adherence to quality checks.
You're ready to move on when
- Being the 'go-to' person for complex machine operations or troubleshooting on your shift.
- Successfully training new operators on complex tasks.
- Consistently producing high-quality output with minimal scrap.
- Showing initiative in improving your workstation or process area.
