6-12 months to transition effectively.Skills to master
- Understanding quality standards from a different perspective, formalising inspection processes, detailed record-keeping.
You're ready to move on when
- A strong existing understanding of our products and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated attention to detail in previous production roles.
- A clear desire to move into a dedicated quality function.

Warehouse / Logistics Assistant
1-2 years to transition effectively.Skills to master
- Product identification, inventory control, understanding material flow, meticulous checking of goods.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to meticulously check incoming/outgoing goods.
- Strong organisational skills and adherence to procedures.
- A keen eye for detail when handling various products.
