You're ready to move on when
- Consistently hitting picking/packing accuracy targets.
- Proactively asking questions and seeking to understand processes.
- Demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.

Retail Assistant / Customer Service
6-18 months to become proficientSkills to master
- Transferring attention to detail from customer-facing roles to product handling, adapting to a physically demanding environment, learning operational processes.
You're ready to move on when
- Quickly adapting to the physical demands and pace of the warehouse.
- Applying existing customer-centric mindset to ensure order accuracy.
- Showing initiative to learn new systems (WMS, scanners).
- Strong communication skills used effectively with team members.

General Labourer / Manufacturing Operative
3-12 months to become proficientSkills to master
- Adapting to specific warehouse processes, learning WMS and scanning technology, understanding inventory control principles.
You're ready to move on when
- Seamlessly transitioning physical work skills to warehouse tasks.
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Quickly grasping the importance of accuracy in inventory and order fulfilment.
- Effectively using previous experience with machinery or tools.
