You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led 3-5 complex circularity projects (e.g., new material trials, take-back pilots) from concept to implementation.
- Consistently sought out and successfully delivered on opportunities to influence teams outside your direct reporting line.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior colleagues, providing technical guidance and helping them overcome challenges.
- Proactively identified and proposed strategic improvements to existing circular processes or new programme ideas.

4-7 years in a senior operational leadership roleSkills to master
- Deep operational expertise in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain, coupled with a strong interest and foundational knowledge in sustainability and circularity. You'll need to demonstrate how your operational leadership can be applied to designing circular systems.

5-8 years in a specialist consulting roleSkills to master
