- Successfully leading multiple complex improvement projects (e.g., new line installation, major process overhaul).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop direct reports, with clear succession plans in place.
- Strong relationships and credibility with peers in other departments and senior leadership.

- Proven track record of managing an entire plant (or a very large, complex department) in a similar industry.
- Experience with similar scale P&L responsibility and team size.
- Strong references highlighting leadership, operational excellence, and financial acumen.
- A clear understanding of the challenges and opportunities in our specific manufacturing sector.
