- Consistently sought out by senior leaders for advice on organisational challenges.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets up to £250K and deliver within scope.
- Strong positive feedback from mentees and peers on your leadership and coaching.

External Management Consultant (Specialising in OD/HR)
4-7 yearsSkills to master
- Developing deep expertise across various industries, managing client relationships, driving large-scale transformation programmes, and excelling in strategic problem-solving and executive communication. You'll have worked on a variety of OD challenges.
You're ready to move on when
- Experience at a recognised consulting firm (e.g., Big Four, boutique OD firm) at a Senior Manager or Principal level.
- Managed client engagements with P&L responsibility.
- Successfully delivered complex OD solutions for multiple clients.
- Strong network within the OD consulting space.

Senior HR Business Partner (with OD focus)
5-8 yearsSkills to master
- Deep understanding of a specific business unit's operations, talent challenges, and strategic priorities. Experience translating business needs into HR solutions, including organisational structuring and talent development. Strong commercial acumen.
You're ready to move on when
- Managed HR for a significant business unit (500+ employees).
- Led or significantly contributed to a major restructure or talent initiative within a business unit.
- Demonstrated ability to influence business leaders on people strategy.
- Strong understanding of the business's P&L and operational drivers.
