- Successfully led multiple Tier 1 product launches from strategy to execution, with measurable impact.
- Consistently sought out by Product and Sales leadership for strategic input on messaging.
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimise GTM processes that improve efficiency and impact.
- Proven experience mentoring and developing junior team members, with clear examples of their growth.

From Head of Marketing (for a smaller company/startup)
5-7 years in a broad marketing leadership role.Skills to master
- Adapting to a larger, more specialised organisation, focusing deeply on product-specific GTM, and learning to navigate complex internal stakeholder dynamics. You'd bring a broad marketing perspective but need to specialise.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully built and executed full marketing strategies, including product launches, for a growing business.
- Strong track record of managing marketing budgets and achieving commercial targets.
- Proven ability to build and lead a small but effective marketing team.
- A clear understanding of how product comms fits into the broader marketing and business strategy.
