- Consistently exceeded P&L targets for your business unit through behavioural interventions.
- Successfully built and scaled a high-performing behavioural science function within a complex organisation.
- Regularly presented to and influenced the Board or executive committee on strategic initiatives.
- Recognised as an industry thought leader in applied behavioural science.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Chief Product Officer (CPO)
3-7 years in a C-suite roleSkills to master
- Enterprise-wide P&L ownership, deep understanding of market dynamics, product lifecycle management, brand strategy, and leading large cross-functional organisations. The CBO role is a natural evolution for those CMOs/CPOs who have a strong behavioural bent.
