5-10 years at this level before CLKOSkills to master
- Enterprise knowledge strategy, cultural change for knowledge sharing, information architecture, data governance, leveraging technology for knowledge discovery, demonstrating ROI on KM.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully implemented a robust enterprise knowledge management system with high adoption.
- Drove a measurable shift towards a knowledge-sharing culture.
- Managed complex data governance and compliance requirements for knowledge assets.
- Articulated the strategic value of knowledge capital to the executive team and Board.

3-7 years at this level before CLKOSkills to master
