You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivers accurate and insightful analysis without heavy supervision.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement, not just reporting issues.
- Has successfully led 1-2 small, self-contained projects (e.g., optimising a specific report, improving a data collection process).
- Is sought out by peers for advice on analytical challenges.

Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader
4-6 years in a supervisory roleSkills to master
- Operational leadership, team management, deep understanding of warehouse floor processes, and experience with WMS execution. The analytical skills would need to be built up.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to hit operational targets.
- Demonstrates a keen eye for efficiency and process bottlenecks on the floor.
- Has a strong grasp of WMS functionality from an execution perspective.

- Broad industry exposure, experience with various WMS/TMS platforms, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements in diverse operational environments.

- Can articulate specific examples of process improvements and their quantified impact.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills across different logistics domains.
- Has experience influencing stakeholders and driving change in complex environments.
- Brings fresh perspectives and best practices from previous roles.
