- You've completed a rotation with a strong analytical or project management component.
- Your graduate project involved data analysis or process improvement.
- You've received excellent feedback on your ability to learn quickly and contribute to a team.

- Advanced Excel, data cleaning, basic SQL (optional but a bonus), report generation, data integrity checks.
