You're ready to move on when
- Consistently delivering complex analytical projects independently, with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identifying new analytical opportunities and proposing solutions to leadership.
- Demonstrable experience mentoring junior team members and providing constructive feedback.
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to mid-level management and influencing decisions.

Data Scientist / Senior Analyst (from another domain) to Lead Consultant (L4)
3-5 years in a similar analytical role, plus 1-2 years focused on people/learning data.Skills to master
- Translating core data science skills into the specific context of learning and human capital. This means understanding learning science, HR data nuances, and the unique challenges of measuring human behaviour. You'll need to quickly get up to speed on our internal systems and stakeholder landscape.

- A strong portfolio of data science projects, demonstrating advanced analytical and modelling capabilities.
- A clear passion for learning & development and human capital challenges.
- Ability to quickly learn new domain knowledge and adapt analytical approaches to a new field.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to bridge the gap between technical and HR/L&D language.

Experienced L&D Professional with Strong Analytical Skills to Lead Consultant (L4)
5-8 years in L&D, plus 2-3 years dedicated to developing advanced analytical capabilities.Skills to master
- Deepening technical skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools to match analytical rigour, while leveraging existing L&D domain expertise to design highly relevant and impactful measurement strategies. This path is about adding technical depth to existing domain knowledge.
You're ready to move on when
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning programmes, with a strong understanding of their objectives and desired outcomes.
- Demonstrable self-taught or formal training in advanced data analytics (SQL, Python, statistics).
- A strong network within the L&D community and an understanding of common challenges and opportunities.
- A clear drive to move into a more data-centric role and lead analytical initiatives.
