- Developed and managed an annual L&D budget of at least £500K.

4-6 years as a Lead L&P PartnerSkills to master
- Strategic partnership with a major business unit, architecting complex learning solutions, influencing senior leaders without direct authority, managing large programmes.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully led 2-3 enterprise-wide learning programmes from conception to evaluation.
- Consistently received high feedback on strategic partnership from business unit leaders.
- Mentored or informally managed a small team of L&D specialists.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at the Director/VP level.
