- Advanced Excel, SQL (often), data visualisation tools, requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, analytical problem-solving.
You're ready to move on when
- Experience leading the analysis phase of projects, not just supporting.
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Strong command of data manipulation and presentation.
- Feedback from previous managers highlighting strong analytical capabilities and ownership.

Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager (External or Internal)
3-5 yearsSkills to master
- Project planning, stakeholder communication, risk identification, basic process improvement, managing small workstreams.
You're ready to move on when
- Successfully managed small projects or significant workstreams end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to drive tasks to completion and manage timelines.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a role where you had to influence without direct authority.
