- Mentored junior team members and demonstrated strong informal leadership skills.

5-7 years as an L3, with significant global exposureSkills to master
- Deep expertise in managing a multi-faceted, multi-country programme (e.g., a global EAP vendor). You'll need to demonstrate the ability to handle complex vendor relationships, navigate diverse cultural contexts, and manage large project budgets, showing you're ready for a broader global remit.
